Preston's 2nd Birthday Party in Michigan

While we were in Michigan we got to celebrate Preston's 2nd Birthday!  It was so nice because so many family members could come! We started off the day swimming at the lake with Cooper and Wil then we got Preston a McDonald's happy meal for lunch! He loved it.  Then it was party time at my parents! yay! The people who came were Grandpa Jarvinen, Jeremy, Lars, Keith, Kathleen, Riley, Austin, John, Ritzy, Nadia, Nathan, Mischa, Elise, Wil, Cooper, Grandma and Grandpa Burke (of course).

I wanted to find a pin the tail on the donkey but i couldn't find one believe it or not!  So i asked my talented hubby  to draw one...so instead of a donkey we did pin the smile on Lightening Mcqueen haha soo much cooler anyways! ;-)

4th of July in Michigan

Since we were still in Michigan we decided to go to the Cohactah parade right up the rode from us.  haha The parade was extremely short consisting of some tractors a few classic cars and some farm animals lol fun times.  Then later that day we had a BBQ at my parents with Davin's brothers Lars and Jeremy. Then we went to the Blaine's for a boat ride, smores, and of course fireworks over the lake!  It was so pretty!  Davin's brother's Lars and Jeremy tagged along as well.

Rachel's Graduation Party in Indiana

While we were in Michigan we were able to drive down a couple hours to Indiana to go to Rachel's high school graduation party.  It was fun!  My grandparents were there, my parents, Sue and Mark, Todd and Catie, Elise, Nick and kids, my sister Amy, Steve and Chris, Katie, as well as us.  We had a water balloon fight, good food, a bounce house...what more could we ask for?

We stayed at the hotel while everyone else went to the actual graduation.  We didn't have tickets because we weren't going to still be in Michigan lol but we were.  Anyways we didn't get a picture with Rachel in her cap and gown. Oh well! We hung out at the hotel and swam ;-)

Parents visit for Easter!

 My parents flew out to visit  for about a week for

Easter! We did a lot of fun things. We went to Cabelas, the Zoo, Ikea, Taconos, Trafalga, Provo Canyon and a few other places. As well as celebrated Easter of course. ;-)

This is when we went to the Zoo. the Gorilla was every one's favorite.  He was eating a cereal BOX lol not cereal just the box.

We are right outside the elephant enclosure. Sadly the elephants moved out of the picture. oh well.

 My parents took Preston and Scarlett on the Zoo's merry go round.  They all loved it!

 Easter egg hunt with Seth, Megan, Scarlett, and my parents!  We just had it in the back yard of our apartment complex.  Preston and Scarlett weren't huge fans of walking on the grass cause they are still pretty clumsy.  But they got the hang of it.

Preston got the hang of it and was trying to pick up more than one egg at a time which is pretty hard with such small hands!

It seemed like Preston was telling us "Help, i already have an egg in each hand!"

 One of the adventures we went on was a drive up the Provo Canyon!  My parents took our car and Preston while we took the motorcycle. It was fun!  Besides the point that we ran out of gas on the motorcycle and Seth had to get us some lol  Thankfully we weren't in the canyon yet so the whole ordeal wasn't more than 20 mins.

 Scarlett and Preston had a fun time riding in the double stroller together and watching the water in the creek/river.

There was a random hail storm so we stayed in the Car till the hail stopped.  Pretty impressive for Utah lol

This is during our trip to Ikea.  Who needs strollers when we have a wagon!  Seth got this wagon and was pretty excited to use it.  The kids liked it.

On the last day my parents were here we went to Trafalga for some mini golf.  The kids wanted to golf so bad but were kinda just in the way lol  Poor guys! Maybe when your a little bit older.

Last picture before my parents had to leave for the airport ;-(  It was a fun time for everyone!  We were busy everyday doing something.  I think we may have over planned there stay cause it sure went by fast!

Preston playing in the snow!

This is Preston's first time playing in the snow because his first winter he was too young to play in it. He wasn't too excited about walking in the snow but he had a good time running around it haha. Even though i am mean and didn't get him any snow boots so i just put plastic bags over his shoes...so that made it hard for him to walk anyways. ohh well he still was excited! ;-) oh and i had to add the picture of his hand print in the slushy snow...soo cute!
